Hi, I would like to gift my friend a book, but she is not in the same country as I am. It seems you can only redeem a book in original iTunes country. Any suggestions? Thx

All gifts are country-specific, you can't git anything to another country. Try to find a site that sells iTunes gift cards for her country.
