Skype for Business download failure

I can't download Skype for business. It says "Please upgrade to Mac OS X 10.11 or above to use this version of Skype for Business." But I just updated my Mac's os, and when I try to to check for any updates, it says no update available. Any advice on how to sort this out. Thanks.

You are at 10.10 and there have been 10.11, 10.12, 10.13, 10.14 and 10.15 upgrades over the years.

Use the App Store and search it for upgrades (not updates).
