Old Apple Music account

About a month ago I upgraded my iPhone to the 11 Pro Max and I changed my number from (757)639-8811 to (757)816-8220. I also changed my Apple ID from savannhacadena@icloud.com to savannhac@icloud.com. I no longer have access to savannhacadena@icloud.com and Apple Music is trying to withdrawal $9.99 from my bank account even though I’m not using that Apple Music. I need to cancel the subscription
