Wifi and bluetooth isn't working

Have you already tried to reset your network settings?

Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings..., keeping in mind that this procedure also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before, but NO other data is involved.

When done, restart your device.

I am facing the same issue! Wifi has grayed out & bluetooth isnt working. To add to it, my Iphone X is overheating. This has been particularly observed after IOS update. Apple service provider claims it as a hardware issue!
