Need help with multiple iPhones on one Apple ID

my family shares an Apple ID and so some reason now all the phones share the same iMessage and all phone calls between three different phone numbers. I’m trying to individualize each phone’s texts and phone calls to their perspective number. Can someone please help?

You need to stop using the same Apple ID on all devices. Apple IDs are designed for a single person. You can create new Apple IDs for the others, then set up Family Sharing to share content. See this about setting up Family Sharing. Set up Family Sharing - Apple Support
