I’m migrating now and will run out of space if I migrate everything. Do I need Other files and folders?
I am moving e rushing else now and will begin to dump Applications I don’t need after. Then if I need the folder I’ll do it then.
I read what this folder is but I really don’t understand enough to know if I need it.
I hope that you are using a wired connection because wireless transfer, besides being slower, often don't work well. I say this in case, for some reason, you have to re-do the transfer. I would transfer everything. What you refer to as other files are often needed by the system. If your drive is too small to transfer everything, consider buying an external drive to place some of your files on. Hope it all goes well.
Decided to do the section by section and it’s working. Did applications folder first and now I’m working on my user account and my desktop. Then I’ll do the rest. It just seems like because it’s an old computer maybe a transfer so slow it gets hung up
