CAPTCHA error
The last few days I have been getting an error when trying to check the CAPTCHA box in both Chrome and Safari. How can I fix this? I am trying to log on to a site that requires this and can not get past it.

Startup in Safe Mode: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201262
Login to your account.
Launch Safari and test.
To exit Safe Mode, click in the menu bar and choose “Restart”.
Launch Safari holding the shift key down and test.
