I can't use any website that uses Captcha on my desktop Safari

About three months ago, I stopped being able to use any website that uses Captcha if I try to access it on my Safari on my desktop. It works on my laptop but that's not always viable.

It's an almighty PITA because Safari is my default browser and all my passwords are stored there. Does anyone know why this might be happening?

I'm running OS 12.3.1

Many thanks

Some have had success in getting Safari to respond to Captcha by turning off website tracking: Safari Preferences > Privacy > Prevent Cross-site tracking.

Remember to turn it back on when you complete the Captcha query.
