Safari 15.3 (Monterey 12.2) on an M1 Max MBP will not allow any web site protected by captcha to continue. The latest Firefox works fine.

It might be a Safari setting for cross-site tracking. If active, this has been known to prevent Safari from using captcha. See Safari Preferences > Privacy > Website Tracking
If you turn it off to use captcha remember to turn it back on again.

So far that seems to work.
Would be nice to have an easier way to change that however.
Thanks for the suggestion.
