I can’t understand why my phone is still full when I deleted a lot of apps( expect instagram, whatsapp and spotify), and also a lot of photos(they were like 6000 i deleted 4000) and other things. I have to do the backup of my whatsapp’s chats because i have to change the phone but it says me that i have only 7 mg free. It’s impossible, please help me

There are two areas of storage. The physical storage on you iPhone and storage in iCloud.
After you deleted all the data off your phone did you do a restart of phone. This might help.

Maybe the storage problem is with i Cloud if your are backing up to i Cloud
To check your iCloud storage. Go to Settings, Tap on you name, Then tap on iCloud to check your storage
To check your phone storage: Settings>General>iPhone Storage.
