I have downtime turned on for my daughters phone. I also have communication limits set to only contact specific people during downtime. All of the settings are working properly on her iphone and for the most part on her watch. However, she can still access all of her contacts through her watch. The specific contacts chosen works on her iphone but not on her watch. How can I limit the contacts on her watch during downtime?

First, be sure that her iPhone and Apple Watch have been fully updated:
You may want to unpair the Apple Watch and iPhone and pair them again: Unpair and erase your Apple Watch.
Finally, is she able to make calls to contacts as well as reply to messages? Also, is she able to initiate a message or just reply to an already existing thread?
