Screen Recordings on Macbook Pro 10.14 are fuzzy on YouTube

I'm a college professor working from home (like everyone else these days) and I have recorded an InDesign lesson on my Macbook pro with Mojave (10.14x) using the Command+Shift+5 command. The videos look great on my screen but when I upload them to Youtube so my students can get them, they are very blurry. I'm wondering if there is a resolution setting I need to tend to in order to make the video clearer? You Tubes quality setting only show 360. There are no other choices. Thanks for any help!
