If you need to get help on getting your money please contact Apple themselves, here is the link to get started:


Official Apple Support


Then go on Apple ID, scroll down to “Get Support,” then go on “Other Apple ID Topics,” go on “Accidental Purchase” or “my problem isn’t listed” and describe your issue. Then Apple we tell you if you should call or go into a chat room with an official Apple employee.
