Reverse Telecine

I'm posting this in FCP as there doesn't seem to be many that can help in the Compressor forum.

Additionally, if there is any other app that can perform a Reverse Telecine I'd be interested to know about it.

I am not a professional, but am very much a novice and I'd really appreciate help on how to perform a reverse telecine in COMPRESSOR.

I've tried adjusting several video specs several different ways, but my output always results in a sold green screen.

I've also tried following the manual (and was on the phone with apple support for an hour too), but still can't get it to work. Please help.
