What is this charge? I never ordered anything but I subscribed to Apple TV for 1 free year bebire there would be any subscription charges. Till Feb 27 2022 I signed up gor a free subscription to Apple TV movies for one year till February 27 2022. At no cost. It was offered to me for purchasing a new iPhone 12 Pro Max. On February 23 2022. Delivered on 2/26/2021.

I am being charged both $6.99 and $8.99 each month. Why am I receiving TWO charges? I only started what I thought was one subscription in order to watch movies like Ted Lasso on my T.V. Now each month, I am charged both $6.99 and $8.99 on my credit card. Why is this?

Please contact both AppleCare and Amazon to ensure there is no error. Is it possible another user in your home signed up for Amazon Prime?
