I can't get itunes to authorize my computer

when i try to play certain songs from my library

the dialog box that pops up shows a different email address

Those songs are probably associated with and downloaded by a different Apple ID.

Delete them, and re-download them using your Apple ID.

Or contact the owner of that Apple ID, and get them to re-authorize the songs.
