Caps lock not working

I updated my 7th gen ipad last night to iPadOS 13.4 and now my caps lock on my Bluetooth keyboard isn’t working. Instead of doing caps lock it is changing the language or shutting my app out back to the home screen. I know it isn’t the keyboard because it worked on a different device. Can someone please tell me how to fix this?

You have disabled “Use Caps Lock” in Settings > General > Keyboard. Re-enable it and ⇪ should work again.
