Split Payment Authorization Failed

I'm trying to buy a Macbook Pro online using a split payment between a newly-approved Apple Card and a credit card from Navy Federal. The billing addresses are the same, but it keeps giving me the message, "Your payment authorization failed. Please verify your information and try again, or try another payment method." I have verified the information multiple times and it all matches. What's going wrong?
