Health app reflects the wrong date. How do I correct it?

I’m sorry. I assumed all the info I entered would follow with my question. It’s the Health app. In my summary for today, March 30, it says today’s date is March 7,2020. I have iPhone XS. Thank you.

As I look at my Health app’s summary tab (iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 13.4), I don’t see any place that displays today’s date or time. What I do see are displays of the last recorded data’s date and/or time.
If you’re convinced the display should be showing the current date/time, please elaborate exactly where you see this in the Health app.
That’s the last recorded data.
Press the “>” to the right of “Mar 7” and you will see that’s the last time the Health app recorded you climbing a flight of stairs.
“Reflects the wrong date” ... on what? Where? The current date? A date on some record?
Thank you for clarifying!! I got it now.
Glad that answered your question.
Enjoy your Apple gear.
