hey y'all... i got an iPhone 8 at the end of 2019, and it recently completely stopped working..,. it is stuck in recovery mode, unable to restore or update. i still have a i get iTunes error 14 and 75. im stuck and i miss my iPhone 8. im currently using my previous phone, the iPhone SE. i would appreciate if yall could help. thanks.

Did you try a different computer?
What type of computer do you have and what operating system are you using? Did you try multiple ports? Also how much free space do you have on both the iPhone and the computer?
If you don't think it will work by all means by a new phone, the economy certainly needs it.
And this is after trying all ports on the machine and reinstalling the USB driver?
thanks for replying. unfortunately, none of that helped. not a single thing. i used 45 different cords, and each USB port. i Even tried the USB 3.1 port. (USB-C). nothing works at all. not restore nor update works. oh yeah, btw, 20 of the cords were OEM cords.

That show how much RAM you have but not how much storage. Since you are running the insider version this could be a problem with your test version. You might try reinstalling the master USB driver and give it another shot. And try other ports after you do that.
alright. i didn't want to have to do this... but I've decided to wipe the SSD. my PC has an SSD. i appreciate your help, and i'll kep yall posted. and of course, thank you for your help. :) sorry if i was a bit rude, but this issue is frustrating. and if all else fails, i guess i have to contact apple. might not have luck, since all the retail stores are closed. im pretty sure i can send it off to get fixed. anyway thanks again, and I'll keep ya updated.
