Problems transferring zoomed and edited photos, and videos

I'm having problems transferring certain photos and all videos from iPhone 7 Plus iOS13, using drop-and-drag, to PC Windows 10. Regular photos transfer, then the process stops working on zoomed or edited photos and all videos. The message is "A device attached to the system is not functioning" or "The device is unreachable." If a transferred photo icon shows up on the PC, the file size is 0 bytes. Changing PCs and cables didn't solve the problem. I also noticed the bar on the iPhone Internal Storage window is red but allows regular access. When it was working properly, the Internal Storage bar was green. Thank you in advance.
