Hello chico1412,
Welcome to the Apple Support Communities, and it appears that the iPhone is not detecting Bluetooth devices. I"ll do what I can to help.
Try suggestions from this link you haven't done yourself already: If you can't connect a Bluetooth accessory to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Thanks and have a great day.

Are the devices you want your phone to see in Pairing mode per the manufacturers directions for pairing? If a device is not in pairing mode, your phone won't see it. Once it is in pairing mode, it should appear, then you can pair it.
My son-in-law is an IT guy but MS not Apple. However, he suggested that I hold the Bluetooth pairing button for 30 seconds on one of the many devices that would not show up. It unblocked the problem and the other devices fell in place. I did it for all the others and they all fell in place. He can’t do wrong anytime in my books.
Which is what I was saying. The devices were not in pairing mode, which you then put in pairing mode and now they're connected.
They were in pairing mode but came up constantly saying “unsuccessful”. It was the 30-sec push that broke the pairing and reset. Thanks
