Iphone 13 is not showing any bluetooth devices. Fix?
If the other devices are not in pairing (discoverable) mode, then your phone won't see them in the bluetooth settings page.

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. If you’ve completed all the steps in the resource If you can't connect a Bluetooth accessory to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, do you have any other Bluetooth devices that work in the same location as your iPhone? Do you have another iOS, iPadOS, or macOS device that can connect with Bluetooth accessories? Are you getting any errors when trying to pair your devices? Test that out and let us know the results.

My phone just perpetually searches and nothing comes up. My other devices recognize each other. No error messages. I’ve turned off bluetooth and my phone (and back on).
The other devices are discoverable and pairing with other devices just not iPhone 13.
A Bluetooth device is only in pairing mode for 30 seconds after turning it and putting it into pairing mode.
