Apple support

I been calling apple inc for couple days and no one answer are they not answering calls due to covid19???? I need a iphone unlock 😭

Apple won’t unlock your phone. Only the carrier it is locked to will unlock it. See this Apple support article—>How to unlock your iPhone for use with a different carrier - Apple Support

Unless you mean Activation Lock. Again, Apple won’t unlock it. Only the person who locked it can unlock it.

i took the phone away from my teenage daughter beacuse of personal reasons she reported the phone stolen. I had call apple and they ask to provided proof of purchase i send everything. I bought two phones that day and apple unlock the wrong phone so I called and they said i had to provide proof again amd never got a response and been calling and no one answer. My daughter doesn’t know her apple id or password..
