iPad pencil connection

My magnetic iPad Pencil is not recognized any more by my iPad Pro 2019, it doesn’t appear on Bluetooth anymore, it was working good before but suddenly it stops working, I did release it from Bluetooth then tried to install again, but Bluetooth doesn’t recognize it..

can some one let me know how I can Chat with apple support live? Or help me to solve the issue?

Pencil second generation not recognised by the iPad Pro Hello, I just bought a pencil (second generation) for my iPad Pro (second generation) . Unfortunately, the iPad is not recognising the pencil. Bluetooth is not finding the pencil. I tried to switch off Bluetooth, switched off the iPad, reset the network settings. Nothing is working. Please advise. Thank you! Best regards Johan

my pencil won’t connect to the iPad Just yesterday my pencil worked and connected to my iPad (air 4) but today when I trued to use it it wouldn’t respond. So I cheack for updates and everything was fine. I checked to see if I just needed to reconnect it so I forgot it in Bluetooth, but when I tried to reconnect it I didn’t show up. I thought it might be an issue with the blue tooth so I tried connecting a new set of headphones, and it worked. So now I don’t know why to do.
