iPhone disabled

Every time I go to update my debit card in my apple settings , it lets me know it’s disabled in iTunes and the App Store even after I enter my new card. I’m not sure what to do but it will not let me download anything or renew my payment. Please help .

You need to do what this link tells you to do --> If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support
