My phone keeps saying it’s disabled from iTunes and apples store. How do I fix it?? It won’t let me add a card for payment

I can’t add a payment or download new apps.

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 16

You can't fix it yourself. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
