Question

I switch my mobile data off but then it will automatically come back on!!

Are you opening Settings ➔ Cellular ➔ Cellular Data and Switching that to OFF?

Yes I go to settings but cannot find the word cellular !!

Try Settings->Mobile->Mobile Data

Cellular is the American term for "Mobile"
