MacOS update. Purchased a tv series , big little lies series one, couldnt find it . Seems I have purchased it AGAIN and now CANT find it as i have no Itunes ??? can't download itunes as i need to use Apple TV - ... so where is my series one big little lies $22 US .. in AUS on a Macbook Air circa 2015.. .. ..

iTunes is gone in the newest version of macOS (Catalina), replaced with separate apps for Music, TV, Books and Podcasts. Your purchases should show up in the TV app, as long as you are signed in to your account.
