My IPad have no sound with some game apps

I downloaded a couple games for my baby girl, but the sound for those are not working. Already download the latest iOS 13.4.

you tube, Netflix, movies are working fine. The issue it is just with the games.

PD: why it is so hard try to get a customer support email from apple?

Is your iPad muted?

Pull down from the upper-right corner to open Control Center > Tap the icon of a red bell.
