I can't remove device from apple ID

Question

I can't remove device from apple ID

This device is attached to my Apple ID, I recognize the device, however I am unable to remove it, when i click remove device and refresh the page the device is still on it. I tried it on my iphone, pc and mac. It shows the model as iphone, and the os as macos 10.14.1 this does not make sense and want it removed
