Installing 3rd party apps!

I currently own a MacBook Pro 2019 16" operating version 10.15.4 macOS Catalina

Im not too good with technology and I am really struggling installing a 3rd party app I'm receiving this message.

“Click Here To Install” will damage your computer. You should eject the disk image.

can anybody help me at all please, hope I've provided enough information.

The app was not "Notarized" by Apple, and the OS cannot scan the file to determine if it is safe to use.

What is the application and where did you download it from?
