AirPods Pro sounds like something is loose inside

I got a pair of Air Pods Pro for Christmas. They've been great until now. Yesterday they started making a noise like when you're setting an alarm or countdown. When you roll the "wheel". It makes this sound when I turn my head especially. They work fine, but it's really annoying. I've tried reseting my air pods, but it didn't help. If anyone has any tips it would be appreciated.
