If I make a call it doesn’t go through but if someone calls me it comes

Then you may need to go to their store location.
You still need to work with your carrier on this.
You tell them that you cannot make a call. Sending and receiving calls are managed by your carrier.
If I insert the sim into another phone I can make a call but if I insert it into the iPhone I can’t make any call
How should I work on my carrier
If I try dialing the carriers number it hangs up itself
