Why is my Snapchat and Facebook keep saying allow access to camera. But the camera is already accessed to it

I Fixed It. I Kept Telling Me To Go To My Setting And Then Privacy Then Facebook/Snap But The Camera Part Wouldn’t Show Up So I Just Cut My Phone Off And Back On And It Worked

ask the app developers or look at their support page, those aren't Apple apps.
