How can I turn off the auto renewal of my iCloud storage? Will I lost the 50gb that upgraded before? Will it be back on 5gb?

Cancel by downgrading to the free 5GB plan. See: Downgrade your iCloud storage - Apple Support
You will lose the 50GB that you had previously upgraded to. The only downgrade from the 50GB level is the free 5GB plan.
