I want to delete ICloud with 200 GB of storage. I did NOT want it renewed last year and I need it cancelled before THIS year Dec 23

I need to make sure my storage charges are deleted. I have looked for many days to figure out how and I cannot do it. Beginning LAST year I did not need it, but there was NO WAY to un-do the "auto renewal" that just happened.

Can someone help?
