I download to Instagram for I store to not download how I download to Instagram for iOS 10.3.4
YOu will need to upgrade your iphone in order to use instagram app.

Yes u r right I upgrade to my I phone but setting general software updates and now can't use to others application

He meant that you will need to buy a newer iPhone if you want to use apps that require iOS 11.
The iPhone 5 is from 2012, it's hardware is too old and it cannot support anything above iOS 10.3.4.
iOS 11, 12 and 13 are not supported with the iPhone 5.
If you want to download Instagram (or any other app that requires iOS 11), you need to buy a new iPhone first.
