white 'right turn' dot

I have a white dot on my apple watch 4 that looks like a right turn. i can not turn it off and it is running my battery down fast. nothing is open in the background

PLEASE HELP

This appears when you navigate with a third-party app. If you still see the navigation icon after you end your navigation,

restart your watch.
