Can't share after ios 13.4

I share my photos and documents through airdrop all the time, but this week, probably after the last update, I press the share icon, the share tab comes up but the phone gets stuck, it doesn't gives me any option, and then it gets really slow. This happens in photos, files, notes, etc.

I would love to post a capture of the issue, but, as you might guess, I can't share it....

iPhone SE, iOS 13

  • Check for installed configuration profiles in Settings > General > Profiles
  • Is your device managed by MDM profile? https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202837
  • Turn off Restrictions (if enabled)
  • Turn off Screen Time (if enabled)
  • Force quit all of open apps https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201330
  • Backup iPhone and use iOS Recovery Mode and while connected to PC or Mac run Software Update again; this said, when iTunes or Finder (this will depend if you use PC or Mac) will recognise the device in Recovery Mode, when you see prompt asking what to do, choose 'Update'). See instructions here: https://support.apple.com/en-ie/HT201263
  • If Update via iOS Recovery Mode won't work, restore the device, then restore backup.

Thank you iW00.

  • It doesn't have any configuration profile
  • It isn't managed by MDM
  • There are no restrictions
  • I turned off screen time since it was launched
  • I quit all open apps
  • I did a new backup, checked for new updates while connected to mac but no updates were offered.
  • So I did what I hate the most: restored the device and restored the backup. I don't like to do that because it takes hours to download all my pictures, apps and whatnot (I like to have my original pictures in the phone; although this consumes a lot of memory, I don't like to wait when I want to see an old picture (internet sucks where I live...)).

Thanks again!

Hard reset, turned it off and on, uninstall some third-party apps that usually appear on the share tab, thinking maybe they were the problem... I don't want to restore the device yet, it's a pain in the *** and I don't have the time to start from scratch, so if there's anything you could think that might be the problem, it would be great.
