Watch Face Fell Out!

Has anyone heard of or seen this problem with certain Apple Watch series? This watch is not even 3 years old. Researched and found out it is most likely from a swollen battery and is a defective product. Thoughts?

Yes, it happens to some people, is particularly a problem when the battery is failing or the Watch has been exposed to heat. It does not necessarily indicate a defective product.
