Facetime & sound issues

Since the last update, my FaceTime will not connect, its silence when I answer regular calls, there is no sound when I play back videos from camera. I tried apple support but they want to call me and I can hear nothing! Any suggestions?

FaceTime Not Working So today I tried to FaceTime my friend. It's always worked for me and I've never had issues with calling in the past. When we connect I can see and hear them, but they see a black screen and can't hear anything. I've tried turning speaker phone and camera on and off to no avail. I restarted my phone and internet but this also didn't work. After I tried calling on my MacBook Air, my friend could see and hear fine for only a few seconds where it said it was reconnecting and they could no longer see or hear me. If I call normally it works perfectly.

FaceTime not working Greetings, I have an issue with my FaceTime, WhatsApp video calls as they do not want to work. When I try to FaceTime or receive a FaceTime from someone, as soon as I accept the call, the call “Fails”. I also noticed that when I watch videos online, I can only hear the sound and the screen is black
