Greetings, I have an issue with my FaceTime, WhatsApp video calls as they do not want to work. When I try to FaceTime or receive a FaceTime from someone, as soon as I accept the call, the call “Fails”. I also noticed that when I watch videos online, I can only hear the sound and the screen is black
