I bought this laptop off of someone and they have resetted everything and they only gave me a guest user and I cannot make a new account without having an admin password and on the guest account i am trying to download roblox and it has banned secure websites unless parental controls with admin password and I do not have an admin account. Any advice to make one or to download roblox?!

I think you'd better reinstall macOS from the scratch with Recovery mode.
Never mind it has worked now but I need to make another admin user but I cannot because I don’t know an admin password or user and I cannot make one without it and it says ‘Current user’ guest and then other users Apple admin
I have tried to do ‘R’ and ‘CMD’ at the same time after shutting the computer down but it won’t allow me to shut it down
