I keep getting this prompt asking me if I give permission to grant network access to AresLookUp. I found 3 AresLookUp profiles that I never created so I deleted, but the prompt has not stopped. Please help. Thanks in advance!

I used MalwareBytes and was able to quarantine a bunch of files.
So far I have not seen the prompt pop up yet, so it seems to have worked!
