Accidentally clicked "don't allow" when asked for permission to change DNS.

While trying to change and DNS and trying to apply the changes, I accidentally clicked "don't allow" when a pop-out appeared on my screen. Now, I can't apply any DNS changes and can't seem to find where to regain permission to do so. Does anyone have any advice for this?
