Changing owner's phone name.

Several years ago, my Granddaughter was on my account with her old phone. Now she is on her Mom's Apple account. However, I just purchased a new iPhone 11, and instead of having my name on the phone under General/Settings, it's showing my Granddaughter's. I cannot find on the Apple site how to change this.
