Yahoo Mail not allowing me to download attachments

I use Yahoo Mail all day long using attachments. This morning I sent a few files to a colleague. He made a change and I had to send the file back to him. But suddenly, when I hit download to grab the file he is sending me.. it isn't working. It use to be that I click on download, and that arrow head would float up to the top bar and you could see a mini progress bar complete the download. Then you go in and grab your file. Well, the downloading is not presenting me with arrowhead and the downloading progress bar all of a sudden. I have been wrestling with this all day. I click on the file to download and nothing happens. But it seems to be my Mac that is the problem. I got on my wife's computer, also a Mac, and opened my Yahoo account there. I was able to click on the file to be downloaded and all worked fine, no problem.

Did I turn something off on my computer? What could be causing this?? It was working so good before!
