It's in the File pull-down menu, but Podcast Help, doesn't say what it does. Nor does any Support dox.
I keep trying to find a way to get Podcast to go out and get most recent episodes. I have Preferences set for it to do so every hour. but left on its own, if search long after episodes posted.
Isn't there a way to say, get new episodes now? it that what Refresh Feeds is? if not, what does it do?

Thanks. but iTunes Connect deals with posting own podcast, not with updating podcast from one's subscriptions.
Preferences allows one to set how often automatically updates podcast. I have mine set to every hour, BUT it does not happen.
I am seeking way to do it manually, like Mail program has GET MAIL.
So, still don't know what Refresh Feeds does?
