CoreServicesUIAgent

I have a CoreServicesUIAgent that remains in the task bar at the bottom of the screen. When I open it it says "verifying What's App" but I cannot close it or force quit. I can only minimize it to the bottom.

Can't quit active process in Activity Monitor. I want to delete an application. Deleting didn't work because the the app was still active, (force) quitting the app doesn't work and (force) quitting the active process in Activity Monitor doesn't work either. It concerns the app 'Avast'. Any ideas? Thanks!!

Open Activity Monitor in Utilities, Force quit it there.
